1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Revoous (“the Service”), a software platform owned and operated by Aitecgro LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). By creating an account, accessing the dashboard, or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you may not use Revoous.

2. Description of Service

Revoous provides tools for:

  • Collecting customer feedback
  • Sending review requests via SMS and email
  • Managing customer communication
  • Creating review funnels and landing pages
  • Monitoring customer sentiment and responses

Revoous is a technology platform. We do not control the content you send through the Service.

3. Eligibility

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate this policy.

6. SMS & Email Messaging Compliance

By using Revoous messaging features, you agree to:

  • Obtain express written consent before sending SMS messages
  • Provide clear opt‑out instructions (“Reply STOP to unsubscribe”)
  • Maintain accurate customer contact lists
  • Only send messages that comply with carrier and regulatory requirements

You acknowledge that you, not Revoous, are responsible for:

  • The content of your messages
  • The legality of your messaging practices
  • Any fines or penalties resulting from misuse

Revoous provides tools but does not guarantee message delivery.

7. Customer Data

You may upload customer names, phone numbers, emails, and feedback into the platform.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal right to upload this data
  • You have obtained all necessary permissions
  • Your use of customer data complies with applicable laws

We process data according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Fees & Billing

Some features of Revoous require a paid subscription.

By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees
  • Maintain a valid payment method
  • Allow recurring billing unless canceled

Fees are non‑refundable unless required by law.

9. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

Revoous, including its software, branding, design, and content, is owned by Aitecgro LLC.

  • Resell
  • Distribute

any part of the Service without written permission.

We are not responsible for outages, delays, or errors caused by third‑party systems.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Revoous is provided “as‑is”
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, or indirect damages

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aitecgro LLC from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

  • Your messaging practices
  • Your violation of these Terms
